Aloha,
My name is Takayo Ueto Dring. I was born and raised in Yokohama City, Kanagawa, Japan. I first visited Kona in 1999 and felt a deep connection to the Big Island. I became very interested in Hawaiian culture and body work, all of this helped me to learn about and heal myself. I practiced different styles of Lomi massage, Aquatic massage and Reiki. Lomi is a dynamic massage style that uses long strokes with the hands to relax muscles and promote blood circulation. Dancing hula is another passion of mine and I enjoy learning and connecting with the ancient wisdom of Hawaiian culture. I love to share aloha in my life wherever I go.
La’a - sacred / holy
Wai - water
Ola - life
The body is a sacred vessel; we are sacred life-force of god itself.
I do work from pu’uwai (heart) with light and aloha. I want to honor you and hold time and space for your body during massage so you can connect with your own akua healing process.
I look forward to meeting you!
